For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva, Head of TAPI Global Forecasting and Demand Planning is required, Job description: Lead the implementation of a forecasting and demand planning process within the TAPI organization, working closely with key functions as Customer Service and Sales departments Delivering the total demand plan through each S&OP cycle for rolling 24 month horizon and submits forecast to feed Supply Planning process Drive the Demand Review step of the S&OP process to enable demand-supply balancing analysis Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain, customer segmentation and/or product segmentation and volatility Confer with management on demand planning and forecasting assumptions, analysis, and decisions Consult and share information with stakeholders and functional teams such as supply planners, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to obtain relevant data and insights on demand Manage forecast models, analyze trends, manage forecast tools, and maintain accurate data Help to create statistical forecast using established tools and processes incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, Teva Pharma (forward integration) and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function, and to work towards continuous improvement Support business, marketing, inventory or production strategies, and organizational improvement opportunities to meet market needs Responsible to document and prepare reports and statistics related to the demand planning and forecasting function. Prepare relevant material to facilitate research and discussion with the stakeholders Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers, Marketing and Sales in planning for new launches, new products and items to be transitioned or discontinued. Manage and execute the implementation of process improvements in partnership with the sales department.
